Henganofi DDA has boosted the Eastern Highlands Provincial Helath Authority with K100,000 to start work on the district hospital

Henganofi District Development Authority has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Provincial Health Authority to build a level 4 District Hospital in Henganofi in the Eastern Highlands Province.

Six of the eight new two lane bridges replacing the one-lane bridges within the Henganofi and Goroka section of the EHP have been open to use since late last year. 

Henganofi DDA provides funding support for 2024-2025 festive games at Tevega and Finintufugu in Wards 9 and 7 of Kafetina LLG. 

Eastern Highlands is one of the country's biggest Provinces, hosting eight districts

Heganofi DDA made two presentations yesterday (Tuesday) to the education sector in Goroka, Eastern Highlands Province. 

The EHPHA has now re-opened the health centre services after securing the facility with half a million kina fencing.

Henganofi DDA presented K35 million for bridge construction to connect Madang and Eastern Highlands Provinces.

The Eastern Highlands Provincial Coordination and Monitoring Committee had its first meeting last week. 

The eight districts in Eastern Highlands Province yesterday received cheques of K1 million each from the provincial government to support the students attending tertiary institutions in Papua New Guinea.
