The Chief Executive Officer of the Wapenamanda District Development Authority has called for has sincerely acknowledged the government for funding an important road link.

Kompiam-Ambum and Karin in Mul Baiyer district share land border with wapenamanda district in Enga Province which will allow them easy access with new road. 

The National Government urged all districts to put together a simple plan and partner with the provincial and National Governments for counter funding.

Prime Minister James Marape presented the cheque at the recent launching of the district's 5-Year Development Plan 2022-2027
